Our highly qualified inspectors combine an "old school" work ethic with leading edge inspection methods. Our advanced techniques and reporting methods were developed and refined while the principal served for five years as lead inspector at a highly regarded local firm*.

Experience has taught us that a professional and independent property inspection is an invaluable investment. The inspection report almost always pays for itself (and often much more) as repairs and/or the selling price can be negotiated further. In fact it is not uncommon for our clients to negotiate hundreds or even thousands of dollars off of the original accepted purchase price. In addition, we limit our inspectors to a maximum of two inspections per day to maintain our high standards.
